Shipping policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All orders are processed within 2-5

We only ship on weekdays and with plants Monday through Wednesday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please expect some delays. I will state this on my site if this is an issue. I will also reach out through email if that information is provided. if any delays occur after an order is placed.

*With plants, I am not responsible once the item leaves my hands. Things can happen during shipping, but I am an experienced shipper and have been shipping plants for a long time. Of course, please reach out if there are issues, and maybe I can walk you through saving the plant.



Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

I do not ship to P.O. boxs or out of the USA!

You will be updated with tracking once it's available.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Katie's Plant Place is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Katie's Plant Place is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy 

We do not offer International Shipping at this time!
